Corona Virus (COVID-19) Thoughts – Updated

We’ve now been through 18 days of shut-down.  I have to be blunt about this.  We MUST open this economy back up. I tolerated the 15 day shut-down, but adding the additional month was the wrong decision.  Here are the reasons why:

1. Hydroxychloroquine is working both in the United States and across the world according to a poll of over 6,000 doctors (see article and article from CDC)
2. Other treatments (or potential treatments) exist:
   1. Convalescent Plasma treatment (see article about treatments beginning in US and this article about usage in UK)
   2. Remdesivir (see article about FDA approval and article from CDC)
   3. Neutralizing antibodies as a CURE for COVID-19 (see article and interview)
3. We can walk and chew gum at the same time (see article here)
4. We have ability to know who’s immune to this (see article on antibody testing
